If you would like to report a claim, please call your insurance company directly. Here are the 24/7 number for our main insurance companies. If your insurance company is not on the list, please contact our office as the claim needs to be reported by us.

CLAIMS PROCESS

Here are 3 easy steps that will help you understand the claims process

Step 1 – Call the insurance company or call us

When you call the insurance company directly to report a claim, please be prepared to do the following:

  • Provide your policy number
  • Describe the situation in detail – accident or damage. (times, circumstances etc.)
  • Note the name of the Claims Associate you have talked to and a Claim Number if you are given one.

Once the claim is reported a Claims Adjuster is assigned to your case and will contact you directly.

Step 2 – Communicate with the Claims Adjuster

The Claims Adjuster will work with you to get you back on your feet quickly.

The insurance company will inform us when the claim has been reported and who the Claims Adjuster is. We will monitor the progress of the claim.

Step 3 – Resolution

The Claims Adjuster will work with you to provide information and compensation according to the policy terms and limits. Claims situations vary from case to case. If a cheque is sent to us we will contact you to make arrangements for pick-up or delivery.
